M. Neils Engineering, Inc. provides a wide range of lighting design and electrical engineering services for public and private clients throughout California. MNE has proven capability as a prime consultant and a sub-consultant.  Today, the firm has extensive expertise in a wide variety of projects including interior and exterior lighting, electrical service and distribution, and renovation and rehabilitation of existing structures (including historic structures).  These projects required many different types of electrical engineering services among which were field investigation, electrical troubleshooting, research and preparation of planning documents and schematics; preparation of drawings and specifications from preliminary design through contract documents; analysis and documentation of electrical systems, including historically significant features; and bidding support, construction observation and construction administration.
