The Firm

M. Neils Engineering, Inc. is a Sacramento-based electrical engineering certified small business firm, established in 1990.  Michael F. Neils, with over 34 years experience, heads the firm and has been a principal in the consulting engineering business for over 20 years. The firm has eight full-time professionals, including three registered electrical engineers, three electrical/lighting designers, one assistant engineer and one drafting technician. In addition, the staff is supplemented with on-call and part-time personnel. This staff conducts field surveys and inspections as well as producing construction documents.  Administrative personnel support the technical staff. The firm has established a record of providing coordinated, high quality, cost-effective design services. Over 98 percent of the firm's commissions come from repeat clients.
