U.C. Davis Medical Center CRISP Offices Renovation
This project included the renovation construction of approximately 18,655 square feet for offices and dry labs in an existing building on the Sacramento campus of the University of California, Davis Medical Center. The electrical design included power systems, interior and exterior lighting, telecommunications cabling, fire alarm, and security systems. The electrical engineering services included the design of power distribution systems, lighting systems, connections to systems furniture and HVAC equipment, telecommunications facilities, fire alarm and security systems.
M. Neils Engineering, Inc., as a sub-consultant to the project architect performed electrical, lighting and low voltage systems design, prepared electrical drawings and specifications. M. Neils Engineering, Inc. also as a subconsultant to the project architect provided construction support services including review of the contractor’s electrical material and equipment submittals, preparing responses to the contractor’s requests for information and performing construction observations of the electrical work.
